Joe and WIl grew up in the Oil Capital of the World, Kilgore, Texas, both graduating from Baylor University (Joe ‘93 and Wil ‘95). While in college they started their first family business together that still exist today, 30+ years later. That first family business afforded the brothers to venture off into other deals spanning from owning insurance agencies, oilfield service companies, trucking, and both commercial/residential construction firms. Both brothers are licensed insurance adjusters where Joe has worked on one of the largest adjusting firms large loss/complex/commercial teams, even handling mid six figure litigated claims. The brothers have EPA Lead certifications and IICRC certifications in Water Damage Resoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Applied Structural Drying.
